Our company realized one „not ordinery“ project. For company Bosch Rexroth spol. s r.o. we designed and produced automatic device for pouring of wine. Line is designed as independent bench equiped by set of linear moduls with servomotors and group of pneumatic cylinders. Those moduls serve for whole process of manipulation with bottle from start position (12 positions) to position for opening. There is the bottle fixed by pneumatic cyliner and open by pressure air and needle. Next step is movement of the bottle to the pour position and pour of the wine, throug an funnel to four glasses placed on movable plate.

Whole equipment is builded from components Bosch Rexroth and design of the equipment follow main task „Components Bosch Rexroth must be visible“ and herewith our client present his products and technology.

Hydraulic punching machine is developer and produced for production company, traditional Czech producer of racking systems. To improve position on Czech and European market and widen range of products, ordered client automatic punching machine, that is able to punch hot rolled steel profiles IPE 140 up to IPE 360 in lenght up to 12,5 m.

Equipment is designed as individual, independent working station with own source of pressure oil and external sourec of pressure air for secondary manipulation functions. Whole working space is devidet to three areas. Left and right part are designed for insert and take out of tested elements, In the middle part is provided test. Pneumaticaly driven working table has five plus five positions for test of five elements in the same time, those alternate in position loading or testing of elements.
